Most ISPs really don't care about you or your business. All they are interested in is cramming as many accounts onto as few servers as possible. And with that comes lower and lower reliability.

Even if they say they're monitoring the servers, chances are they are not. We have even had first hand experience of a (major) ISP in the United States failing to do ANY monitoring, even though it was part of their contract.

So you have two options:

1)	Sit in front of your PC and check your own site every 5 minutes to make sure it is still working, and if not call your ISP's technical support phone number.
2)	Have us monitor your website for you. Our automated monitoring network will continually test your site and when a problem is detected it immediately notifies you and/or your ISP. Hours of down time are then reduced to minutes.
